What to do if i was charged with a crime i did not commit.?

I got a phone call today from a state trooper stating that I was responsible for breaking into a gas station and stealing cigarettes and bowls. Two people were supposable caught two years later (now) and happen to say i did it with them. The trooper also said they were minors at the time and i was an adult. Another statement was that there were no deals made, which i researched and one of the kids was just arrested for a lot of felonies. I was living there when this happened but was not there. It happened two or three days prior to me moving back home to Florida on unrelated issues which were proven. There is no evidence what so ever linking me to this crime , just a trooper saying two people are willing to testify. I did not do this and am very concerned because he said if i do not come up there i will be extradited. But then again he said i could wait until my semester was over in summer? I did know these kids , but i strongly feel that he is lying about having the other kid, i feel he is just trying to close a case quick and strike a deal with a habitual criminal .

Probably not my month again, broken hearted?

I would say it was very good, I don't think there is too much detail, maybe only the tiniest bit too much it any at all, using detail and describing things the way you do help the reader to enter the story and see everything that is going on. Can someone help me interpret this dream?

I have had a reoccuring dream off and on. It seems to involve me inside of a car and I am driving. I am going really really fast when I come upon a very steep hill. I jump the hill (like Dukes of Hazzard if you had to visualize) and I am really high up in the air. All of a sudden I realize gravity takes over and I begin to fall in the car but I never see myself fall. I have the feeling in my stomach like one would have when you ride a rollercoaster and you begin to ascend from the first hill! It is weird because jumping off of the hill seems fun, exciting, and scary but as I begin to fall, I get nervous, scared, that I cannot control or break my fall in the car. Can anyone help me shed some light on what this could mean and why I have it off and on. I had the dream a few months ago and have not had it since then.

Is my son possibly autistic?

He is almost 10 months old and doesn't babble. he does vowels, but no consonant sounds. At all. He did some Rrrss awhile ago but not anymore. besides not babbling he is developing normally. He crawls, cruises, sits, stands up on items, walks while isted, etc. He seems to respond fine to his name and to tone inflections/no. he is vocal with grunts and vowels (like eeehhh, uhhhh). He smiles and laughs all the time, in response to stuff done around him. He does imitate gestures, like waving (sometimes) and clapping). If I talk he will "talk" back with grunts etc. He can eat by himself, hold a bottle, has pincher grasp, sits through books, follows mama/dada from room to room or cries if we leave the room and starting to show stranger anxiety. He likes peek-a-boo and singing songs like wheels on the bus or if you are happy and you know it. If you point at something, he'll look and he has great eye contact. but he doesn't really follow verbal commands nor does he babble. His cousins (3 boys, 1 girl) all were delayed talkers and I don't know if this is just inherent in our family. However, I've researched online and it can be a trait for autism which scares me to death. The dr. at his 9-months said he doesn't see any developmental delays and to see how he does at 12 months. however, I've seen no improvement in his speech in the past few months. I know babies develop differently, but what do you think? Also, depression runs in my family. I know there are no "concrete" links b/t autism and anti-depressants, just an awareness. Yes, I did and still do take anti-depressants. I did when I was pregnant with him and fed (still do 3x a day) feed him. The benefits outweigh the risks in my case and I researched/discussed with drs. for 2 years before I conceived regarding this very issue. I tried to not be on them, but it wasn't smart.

Hi there. First off, let me say that I don't want hate comments, or people saying I'm stupid for considering to do it. I'm a mature individual, and I can make my own decisions. I want to experiment with this drug for spiritual enlightenment, not to get "f*cked up". So, for a few months now I've been planning on trying Ecstasy. I've done plenty of research, but I'm having some personal doubts. I just don't know the right environment to do it in, how I'm going to react, and if I'm expecting the accurate effects of MDMA. I was first going to try it at a party to make my first experience the best it possibly could be, but I got to thinking that this was NOT an intelligent idea. I've only ever smoked pot&spice. And yes, I've drunk alcohol too. I don't really know what to expect from E, but I've been told that its an unimaginable bliss. You just get SO extremely, crazy happy. It feels amazing to touch/ be touched, you get pretty damn horny, and you cannot stop grinding your teeth. But, apparently it's not overly intense. However, I don't like the feeling of being out of control. I like to be able to control what I'm saying and what I'm doing. Will Ecstasy make me go crazy and out of control? If so, I'll for sure have a bad experience. Another thing I've heard is that it can make you violently sick. I don't know if that's true, but I will say that throwing up is not on my list of things I'd like to do. Does it usually make first time users sick? Like sick enough to be admitted to a hospital? And also, another thing I'm worried about is hallucinating. I have no problem with it if I'm expecting it, but I don't want it to come on by surprise. So is it likely to hallucinate off of this drug? The original equation says (total number of chairs)/(number of people) = (average number of chairs built by each person). I'm a little confused as to where the 42 came from, but presuming it was given in the problem, it is "the number of chairs they would have each had to build if they all built the same number of chairs". Multiplying that number times the number of people will give you the total number of chairs built as 42 chairs/person * 4 person = 168 chairs. Not particularly a bird watcher but spotted this little critter in my garden (South-East UK) & can't find it in any book. It was sparrow size & ast first, I thought it was a goldfinch. Same kind of build as a finch & was next to a sparrow so could compare size - which was the same. It had a BRIGHT red head - just the top, like a little cap. It's tummy plummage was bright yellow & the rest was black, white & brown. Anyone shed any light? Sensible answers appreciated. Thanks

Evenflo Triumph?

We are looking for a convertible car seat for our 20 pound almost 10 month son. I am really leaning toward the Evenflo one that goes to 50 pounds. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience using it for an older child and just how long it will last. Or will I have to go buy another car seat before he can be in a booster. I know the Britax go up to 65 pounds but I don't really like the looks of them for the cost and they don't seem to hold anyone bigger by the size of them.
