Is this a Fair Trade? Please help. I am a LM?

I am in a 10 team league. So we have some free agent players still left. Guy is giving up Brandon Jacobs for Randy Moss, J. Jones, and Jags Defense. I think Jones will lose most of his carries to morris and jags D is ranked 20th. Randy Moss hasn't been stellar either with Cel. Do I veto or let it go through?
