What is a legit reason why Kerry Collins is the second alternate in the probowl?

There are 8 Qb's in the AFC that ended with a better per rating. He had the least amount of touchdowns out of any qb in the afc that started at least 15 games. Only 3 qbs in the afc had a worst completion percentage. Also 12th in the conference in yards. Its garbage year in and year out. Just because his running back was 3rd in the afc in rushing and there defense was outstanding. oh by the way all those wins by your d and running game mean nothing when you choke in the playoffs
