Should i be worried ?

all my life i have two symetrical like wholes on my head there like 1 cm deep n as wide as a g maybe and they never hurt or anything all my life now im 14 and i went to the doctor for a checkup and i asked her out of curiousity what it is shes like i never saw it before get xrays i go get them n they still cant explain why theres two wholes my skulll is closed btw i cnt touch my brain :P so now im going to get a ct scan is it possible thll cut open my head or something or there doing to make sure theres nothing they never hurt oor anything
