Were sposed to have 16 inches of snow?

Wait what?! You can do silly rituals to stop or force snow?! Where have I been for this?! I am in Minnesota and you know what, nothing I have ever ever ever ever done, whether intentional or not, has made a snowflake's bit of difference.
