My Dog jacket always slips sideways?

Is there anyone who makes small dog coats that have 'crossover' surcingles (straps) &/or leg straps ? My dog (KC spaniel v chihuahua----he is jack russell size)----his dog coat has just a velcro fastening strap under his tummy----and it ALWAYS slips sideways. Any info please.
