My family is going to be immigrant of canada.i am a student of varsity level.how will i get admitted then?

i am rizvi from bangladesh.my father applied for citizenship of canada.i want to know how will i treat to get admitted in university.will i be allowed for any subject in all varsities?my varsity is not allowing me for credit transfer.so i have to show a break of studies.how will i treat there to get admitted in the varsities.please inform me.
