Get it now downloads?

im currently in a member of the family plan for verizon, not the account owner tho. but it says i've downloaded lke 17b downloads on get it now and i have to pay them $103! i mean i've been to get it now, but i dont remember downloading anything! and now they say i've downloaded 17? help?
