Can 'British' people legally gift their general election vote to Ghanaian's?

i dont see how that would work, the ballots would have to come with abstain as an option. then all those ballots would have to be gathered up and distributed as new with a new ballot number. its too much work even for labour to concoct in their favour. immigrants already have a say in the running of this country, muslims on our council seats for example trying to do away with christmas. yeah give our votes to all asunder make the dali llama or alpaca whatever the hell hes called king of england make choudry (islam4uk) the arch bishop of canterbury. soon labour will base council elections on household/occupier not the individual. imagine if that happened 7 million migrant workers with a vote in our country and its councils.
