Is Anyone Else Having Trouble With Aim Right Now?

Its acting weird and it wont let me sign on. I was signed in, then when I would try to im someone it would say they can not accept offline ims. Then when I logged off and tried logging back in, it says my username and pword are wrong, when I know they aren't. Is anyone else having trouble?
