Are my normal?

So I'm only 15 but I have really small s, like so small guys at school openly make fun of me for. I'm a 32A =[ but I've noticed both my are almost completely a hard m, like the whole thing is hard, and its painfull to the touch. I've also noticed that one is signifigantly larger than the other. The left side would fit a B but the right side is barely filling an A cup. Is it normal?
