Are certain Catholics who believe salvation only comes through the Catholic Church, not saved themselves?

They believe that truth lies only within the catholic church? SO...how are they any different from any other church who believes similarly..... THEY believe in Christ and salvation through Him too - you just generalize here a bit I think.
