Where is the best cheap or affordable, place, or hotel, suitable for a JS prom,?

around pasay or manila, or alabang, PHILIPPINES of course... kindly suggest...:) i need ur help:P a place that offers a good and wide place, which is also affordable, bec. we are less than a hundred people.. ,,, hehehe, its a formal party or prom :)
