How do you think our Troops will feel when they get th news that contractors pay the Taliban for protection?

I saw on the TV today that United States contractors take about 20% of the taxpayer's money given to them and pay the Taliban for protection. So does not that mean that Unites States citizens are funding the very people that have been fighting against our sons, daughters, fathers, brother....funding the group that hikjacked jets and flew them into the World Trade Centerm Pentagon, and crashed on other plane? How do you feel about this? Is this total madness and a slap in the face to the Marines, Soildiers, Sailors, Airmen, and a slap in the face to those who lost family on 9/11 and in the war in Afganstan?
